The Contaview Premium UV from Contopharma are soft monthly lenses with a water content of 46% and a two-curved back surface. The newly developed material Vitafilcon A contains body-related building materials. The lenses are therefore highly biocompatible and well tolerated by people with sensitive eyes. The patented material structure has excellent water binding properties. A comparative measurement showed that the Contaview Premium UV dry out significantly less than other contact lenses. This advantage is particularly evident in longer wearing times. The lens stays moist and the pleasant feeling of wearing the lens remains for the whole duration.
Recommended for sensitive eyes
A newly developed edge design ensures gentle contact of the eyelids with the lens during eyelid blink, thus increasing wearing comfort. The material has excellent wetting properties and only very low friction forces occur. The lenses feel very soft and reduce irritation of the eyelid to a minimum. The result is a short acclimatization period combined with excellent long-term tolerability. Due to these outstanding properties, the Contaview Premium UV is also recommended for sensitive and dry eyes.

The ability to bind water has a beneficial effect on wearing comfort and helps the lens to retain its shape over a longer period of time. This enables a constant clear and sharp vision over the entire duration of wear.
Integrated UV blocker
The Contaview Premium UV contains a UV filter that can help protect the eyes from harmful UV radiation. Contact lenses with UV-blockers must not be used as a substitute for work glasses or sunglasses.
Particularly easy handling
The Contaview Premium UV has a new dimensional stability zone in the transition to the edge area, which makes handling the lens much easier. The lenses are provided with a light green handling ink for easy identification.
