ACUVUE OASYS MULTIFOCAL from Johnson & Johnson are two-week contact lenses that provide sharp vision for presbyopia, whether near vision is just starting to become more difficult or varifocals have long been a part of everyday life. The innovative PUPIL OPTIMIZED DESIGN optimises the vision zone to the changing pupil size as we age. Thanks to the modern material, which is optimally designed for the needs of eyes in their mid-40s and older, long-lasting wearing comfort can be guaranteed even for dry eyes. HYDRACLEAR® PLUS technology embeds moisturising molecules in the contact lens material. Because ACUVUE OASYS MULTIFOCAL are made of an advanced silicone hydrogel, they provide excellent oxygenation to the eyes, so they can be worn all day without worry.

Multifocal contact lenses combine the power for distance and near vision in a small area in the contact lens, which must be optimally positioned in front of the pupil to produce a clear image. With the PUPIL OPTIMIZED DESIGN, the vision zone in the ACUVUE OASYS MULTIFOCAL is adapted to the different pupil sizes of nearsighted and farsighted people, as well as to the natural change in pupil size with age. This optimises the visual experience in the best possible way. The same technology is also used in the 1-DAY ACUVUE MOIST MULTIFOCAL daily lens.

Thanks to HYDRACLEAR® PLUS technology, ACUVUE OASYS MULTIFOCAL offer carefree wearing comfort throughout the day. Moisturising molecules are embedded in the lens material, forming a mesh structure with the material itself to maintain a steady, smooth film of moisture. These PVP (polyvinylpyrrolidone) molecules form a layer on the surface of the contact lens that resembles the natural tear film, helping it to bind optimally to the contact lens and remain stable during blinking.

ACUVUE OASYS MULTIFOCAL offer your eyes unrestricted wearing pleasure thanks to a high oxygen supply and class 1 UV protection. The oxygen supply is important for the long-term tolerance of contact lenses. The integrated UV protection, which protects the eyes to 99.9% from UV-B and 96.1% from UV-A radiation, helps to protect the eyes from long-term damage caused by UV radiation in everyday life, but does not replace sunglasses.
