Total 30 contact lenses can be worn for up to 16 hours a day and you can barely feel them. This is because Total 30 contact lenses have a surface water content approaching 100% thanks to the water gradient material. The silicone hydrogel core has a water content of 55%, guaranteeing an optimal and continuous supply of oxygen to the cornea.  This means you can barely feel the contact lenses and can wear them for a long time no problem, plus the permanent, thin layer of moisture helps to create a stable tear film and ensure good visual performance all the time you are wearing them. Hence these monthly lenses stay good as new right through to the end of day 30.
