1. Wash your hands with soap and dry them, fill the lens container to the brim with solution (use fresh solution every day).
2. Remove the first lens from the eye, place it in the palm of your hand and apply 10 drops of solution to the contact lens
3. Rub the lens thoroughly with the care solution in the palm of your hand using your little finger.
4. Take the lens between thumb and forefinger and rinse generously with the solution for 10 seconds.
5. Place the lens in the storage container and repeat the same procedure with the second lens
6. Leave the lenses in the solution for at least 7 minutes, after which they can be used again..
